Shipping Policy

Cancel Order Policy

 

 

If you want to cancel your order, please contact our customer service after place you order within 12 hours, before item(s) are shipped out. If your order has been placed more than 24 hours, and you wish to cancel it, some cancellation fee may be applied.  So sorry that we can't cancel order when package is on way. Thank you for your understand. If you insist to cancel your order, please observe our return policy.

 

Return and Refund Policy

 

If you want to return your item(s), please contact our customer service team within 5 days when you receive them. Please provide your name and order number when contacting our customer service. 

If returning right items for a refund: all returned items are subject to a 5% restocking fee and the shipping fee (we sent to you) is not refunded.

All return items must keep their original condition, they should be not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.

 

We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges of right order package, you will be responsible for the shipping fee(round-trip postage) and handling costs. Additionally, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments.

All returned merchandise should be sent to the shipping address that we email you.

 

Within 5 days of receipt of goods you can apply for return service, if over the time, and product quality problems, such as damage, stains, and goods missing are not the reason you can enjoy return service.

 

Exchange Policy

 

 

Please contact us with your name and order No. when you want to exchange different size or color within 3 days. If you want to exchange other styles, you have to pay price spread. Also you must contact our cusomer service, they will help you.All exchange products, must keep their original condition, and are not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. You have to pay for round-trip shipping fee (handling fee is also included).

Additionally, We recommend that you add tracking and insurance when sending items to us for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

 

We accept return for exchange or refund for the following reasons:

2. Damaged goods

Please attach the photos of the shoes if they are damage or wrong size to us in the email .
